Event CoordinatorSUPERVISOR: Khiva Mackey GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION Event coordinators, are responsible for every aspect of event planning. Their main duties include selecting venues, determining the cost, arranging event services, and monitoring client approval. They may work for an events company or as a contractor. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Creating event proposals which fit client requirements and presenting proposals by deadline. Maintaining a working relationship with collaborative partners and venues. Planning event aspects, such as venue, seating, dining, and guest list. Delegating event planning tasks to other staff members where necessary. Driver/LaborerSUPERVISOR: Khiva Mackey GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION Drivers is responsible for transporting clients or handling deliveries in a timely manner, and they may have to weekends to accomplish their duties. Common duties and responsibilities for drivers are to: Transport packages to and from destinations in company vans. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Transport supplies and/or packages to and from destinations. Arrive at destinations on schedule. Fulfill administrative needs, like office pickups. Research and plan for traffic, construction and weather delays. Use navigation applications to determine the best route. MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Carrying out vehicle maintenance checks. QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB Education: High School Diploma GED Experience: Physical strength and ability to lift up to 70 pounds. Excellent organizational and time management skills. DriverSUPERVISOR: Khiva Mackey GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION Drivers are responsible for picking up bulk food donations and supplies from warehouses in a timely manner, working weekends and ensuring that vehicles are always ready for use, among other duties. Drivers will need to lift heavy objects and load in company vans requiring upper body strength and physical stamina. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for picking up bulk food donations and supplies. Load and unloading company vans. Must be able to lift up to 50 to 75lbs. Must be able to use a dolly and pallet jack. Responsible for pre trip and post trip inspections. Report maintenance issues. Must have a valid drivers license. Work flexible hours Manual work is required. . Must have hands free headset. MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES At the discretion of manager.
